We want you to be fully satisfied with your Meermin shoes; therefore, we accept returns of unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure shoes are tried on only on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching the leather soles.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the shipping carton, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
